One other thing, the Cub Scouts Have two Race Classifications. The Open Class which allows anyone to race their Pinewood Derby Car,  that includes family members, Mom's ,Dads, cousinsand even sisters can enter... 

not only that friends of the family can race too as long as they follow tha rules.
