 Ed Roth's "Surfite" Was at the reunion too.  Ed Originally designed the car after a 1961 concept drawin' by Ed Newton.

Dick Cook put the chassis together ta bed a front runnin' 1269cc Mini Coop engine. The poor girl was just a collectin' dust in this museum located in Las Vegas where She was purchased by Rick Rawlins.  Rick has completely restored her and She lives in Southern California. You all keep yer eyeballs peeled and stay tuned cuz you'll be seeing her and Rick real soon at local car shows and events.

 

There's Ed puttin' his JH on somethin' fer somebody and his devoted wife helpin' him out. Ed must'a signed a bazillion things, T-shirts ta models, posters ta tradin' cards he never says no. The Misses was tellin' a story 'bout how Ed's right hand feels like it's still writin' even after several hours from a gatherin' like the Rat Fink Reunion.
