"Rat Fink Super Gas 67 Camaro" England Page 2 That's me in the background. If I'd have known the camera was on me I would've smiled! Thanks to Tog and Sharkman at www.eurodragster.com for the photos. |
The 1967 Camaro runs a stock front end and floor pan (although the cross member is modified). At the rear there is a ladder bar suspended modified Ford 9" axle with Strange 4.56:1 gears inside. The rear shocks are Aldan and the front ones are Monroe and we use Wilwood disks on all corners with Wilwood Dynamite calipers. Keeping the car off the ground are polished centerlines with Goodyear
tires including Rat Fink Super Gas with Original Logo Art. We run a single Jaz racing seat with a Simpson 3" five point harness. Other stuff includes a B&M pro ratchet shifter with a Shifnoid electric shifter, a SPA onboard fire extinguisher and four Auto Meter gauges including a big RPM memory tach. We also run a Dedenbear air operated throttle stop complete with controller. Body wise the front end,
bonnet, boot, doors and bumper are fiberglass and all the windows are flush fitted lexan. If it's of any interest the front end used to be on a Pro |
